Material Formats
PHC Stones supplies natural stone in four primary formats. Each format is tailored to specific applications and can be ordered in any of our available stone varieties.
Slab
Stone slabs are large-format panels cut directly from the quarry block. They are the primary choice for countertops, feature walls, bathroom vanities and large floor installations where continuity of pattern is essential.
Available in both standard and jumbo sizes, polished on one or both sides depending on application requirements.
Tile
Natural stone tiles are precision-cut and calibrated to uniform thickness. Suitable for floors, walls, facades and bathrooms in both residential and commercial applications.
Available in a wide range of standard dimensions or custom-cut to your project specifications.
Block
Raw quarry blocks supplied to processors and fabricators who prefer cutting at destination. Most cost-effective option for large-volume orders.
Blocks are extracted to customer specifications and inspected before shipment for colour consistency and freedom from critical defects.
Cut to Size
Our bespoke service — every piece produced precisely to your architectural drawings. Our CNC-equipped facility handles intricate profiles, curved edges and decorative mouldings.
Ideal for complex projects requiring non-standard dimensions, shaped pieces or bookfold patterns.
